Dr Laurie Marker was honored to receive VIP visitors from Taiwan at the CCF Safe Houses in Hargeisa, Somaliland. Ambassador Allen Chenhwa Lou, the Representative of Taiwan in the Republic of Somaliland; Minister (deputy ambassador) Mr. Chen-chi Wu; Deputy Counselor Mr. Yun-bo Chen; and Third Secretary Mr. Shuo-wei Chou, toured the project. Dr. Marker shared CCF’s Master Plan for the Cheetah Rescue & Conservation Centre at Geed-Deeble, and they spoke about possibilities for collaboration on cheetah conservation initiatives in Somaliland.
